Please email inquiry@wholesaleaibouti.world with the subject line “Complaint” or use our contact form. Include the page URL, the date you viewed it, and a clear description of the issue. You may also write to us at Rectory Ln, Ashdon, Saffron Walden CB10 2HN, United Kingdom.
What we will do
- We will acknowledge receipt within five UK business days where an email address is supplied.
- We aim to provide a substantive response within twenty UK business days. Complex complaints may require longer; we will explain any delay.
- We keep a short record of complaints and outcomes to improve editorial and technical quality.
Data protection complaints
If your complaint concerns personal data processing, you may contact us first or lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF (https://www.ico.org.uk). Our Privacy Policy lists your UK GDPR rights.
Advertising or marketing concerns
If you believe an advert that links to this Site is misleading, you may report it to the Advertising Standards Authority (https://www.asa.org.uk) in addition to notifying us.
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may seek advice from Citizens Advice or, for data protection matters, the ICO. We are not currently subscribed to an ADR provider for editorial services but will review participation if we introduce paid consumer contracts.
